20 lb Meels

 Our  lb Meels are made of American Select Hickory, each club is engraved with its weight and finished with a clear polyurethane finish.  These have roots in Pahlavani (Iran) traditions.  Wrestlers and warriors of the 13th century to today use these for strength training.
 
Clubs are 26 inches tall, handle is 1 1/4 inch diameter.
