I got these for my wife to begin strengthening her shoulders and increasing her range of motion. She's been using them consistently and has found them to be very beneficial. Like the 1 lb set I got for myself a few weeks ago, these 3/4 lb clubs are nicely finished and good-looking as well as functional.
