I bought this product with the 60" Ron Jones exercise wand. I love the feel and size of the meel stick in the hand. As I posted in my other review, shipping costs and time are a little high but the quality is definitely worth it. My plan is to use this as a strengthening tool for my arms and shoulders. Thanks for the great product!

Nicely weighted (1 lb. 5.3 oz.) and finished.  I purchased 2 of these.  They are significantly different in weight.  This is "not" a complaint, just an FYI for other buyers.  Indian Clubs should be weighted the same, not these.
