I really enjoy swinging my new 7lb Persian meel. It has a comfortable handle and a nice balance. It is a perfect weight for working on shoulder flexibility, while still heavy enough for developing strength too. If you have experience swinging lighter Indian type clubs, I recommend moving up to a larger and heavier Persian meel for the added conditioning benefits, as well as the pure fun of meel swinging.
