Made out of 2 layers of USA grown hickory. This gives it a heavier weight and less likely to warp.

Exercise wand is fun to use especially because it's such a simple and effective tool for stretching and range of motion. Slightly disappointed that the wand is curved toward the last quarter or so of the wand.  I thought with the cost iy would be more uniform.  Overall satisfied.

I love this tool as a way to stretch and incorporate breathing exercises into my daily routine. Shipping was a little pricey and it took exactly a week to get to me in Las Vegas. Besides that, I am very happy with the quality of the product. If you have a chance, look up Ron Jones or Lean Berets for ways to incorporate traditional restorative techniques in your routine.
