I love this tool as a way to stretch and incorporate breathing exercises into my daily routine. Shipping was a little pricey and it took exactly a week to get to me in Las Vegas. Besides that, I am very happy with the quality of the product. If you have a chance, look up Ron Jones or Lean Berets for ways to incorporate traditional restorative techniques in your routine. Nicely weighted and finished.  I purchased 2 of these.  They are significantly different in weight.  This is "not" a complaint, just an FYI for other buyers.  Packaging could have been a bit more protective, maybe a layer of bubble wrap to prevent a few dents, but overall all good.
