Exceeds Expectations February 23, 2023 Reviewer: M from United States   I had shoulder surgery in my early twenties due to a sports injury and have dealt with mobility issues and stiffness since.  The set of clubs has already helped my range of motion noticeably and the stiffness is becoming less and less.  They are well finished and look great.  For simple exercises that takes very little time I’ve experienced better than expected results. The clubs are beautiful, functional works of art! I purchased them for restorative reasons, and I have been using the accompanying DVD to get my technique down. Highly recommended! Value exceeds cost January 3, 2022 Reviewer: David Anglin from Saint Louis, MO United States   I have aching shoulders and thumbs.  These are from overuse and surgeries and arthritis.  Firstly, viewing any description of proper method then practicing the same is critical.  When using the clubs regularly I get 24-48 hour relief from only the one pound club use.  I've yet to graduate to the two pound club.  As I progress using these I will order greater weights.  When the exercises are done properly and regularly your posture improve naturally.  These clubs are great and have helped me enormously.
